Feature  Delivery Specifications
Assigned Project Manager  FAST will assign a project manager to manage all implementation activities considered within the scope of the project manager.
Project Scope  To successfully migrate to a new or enhanced IT infrastructure, a needs assessment is performed to determine all aspects of the deployment. During the project scope documentation phase, FAST details the development of the overall project scope, resource requirements, roles and responsibilities, dependencies, and the implementation process itself.
Communication Plan  The communication plan provides the entire project team with an understanding of how they will work together to provide services in support of the project. If subcontractors are used, the plan also serves as a guide for any subcontractors that may be identified as part of the project team. The plan may include all or some of the following sections:· Business administrative section· Operational section (beginning-to-end process)· Change order process· Roles and responsibilities· Forms and checklists· Contact information
Project Plan  Developed jointly by you and FAST, the project plan becomes the controlling document defining the process, managerial, and technical functions of the project. The project plan changes over time and answers what, where, when, who, together with the "how to" for each member of the project team. Some of the items that may be included in the project plan are:
  • Project summary
  • Project organizational chart
  • Process flowcharts
  • Work breakdown structure
  • Project timelines and milestones
  • Change and escalation management procedures
Project tools In addition to using standard project management tools such as MS Project, FAST works with you to determine the most efficient project tool strategy to facilitate seamless integration and give up-to-the minute status of your implementation.
